Enpure high-purity polypropylene piping systems are ideal for industries and research facilities that require high-purity water systems and high resistance to chemicals, corrosion and abrasion. Enpure components utilize an integrated, socket fusion joining method that ensures a contamination-free system. The simple process of melting and fusing components together results in a clean homogeneous joint. This Enpure bench fusion joining kit is ideal for performing larger size socket welds or for completing a large number of welds requiring consistent and maximum accuracy. It includes a self-aligning frame and removable stand with tool box containing all necessary tools, a thermostat-controlled heating mirror, a master pipe, fitting clamps, reducers, a full set of heater bushings sized 1/2 to 4" and a patented insertion-depth selector. Enpure fittings and valves are designed for use with IPEX socket fusion tools and have a working design pressure of 150 psi at 73 Degrees F (1,000 kPa at 23 Degrees C).
