EMERGENCY HOURS

In the event a customer has an emergency requirement, Independent Mechanical Supply has an Emergency Hours option through our phone line.

During closed hours, simply call our main line, 416-679-1048, choose the emergency option, and your call will be redirected to our dedicated on-call team to assess your needs and support you to the best of our ability!

If there’s a part you need, our team can let you know if we have stock and timing for someone to be able to get into a branch to facilitate same day on-site pickup, or have a specialist call you back the next day for technical questions.

Normal Operating Hours*

Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:00pm

Saturdays, 7:30am – 12:00pm

*We are closed on the Saturdays of long-weekends, however our Emergency Hours Service is an option.
