SHIPPING POLICY
Independent Mechanical Supply is proud to serve 800+ businesses in the GTA as a full-line distributor of plumbing, mechanical, hydronic products, and related tools.
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
We are actively working to expand our Service Area, so please check back soon for further updates!
Local Delivery
Subject to order specifications and product availability, online orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
IMS customers enjoy prepaid delivery within our service area. For orders outside the GTA in Canada/USA we can arrange for prepaid courier, or you can contact our inside sales department for a quote (oqr@imechsupply.com). At this time, we are not able to use customers existing courier accounts but will provide a shipping charge quote upon request.
Our drivers require a name and signature upon delivery.
Shipping Schedule
Etobicoke: Trucks depart Mon-Fri ~ 5:30am and 11am
Oakville: Trucks depart Mon-Fri ~ 6:30am and 11am
Scarborough: Trucks depart Mon-Fri ~5:30am and 11am
*we can add something about courier costs for shipments outside this schedule
OR we can put a blanket statement for now
Deliveries are made from 6:30am to 6:00pm on weekdays, excluding holidays.

Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our three branch locations!
For pick-up orders placed online between 6:30am and 4:00pm, in stock items for your order can be prepared and ready for pick-up within 2 hours! Please specify in the order notes section at online checkout the time you would like to pick up your order.
Please provide your order number and photo ID when you arrive.

You can check your order status online by logging into your account and going to the Open Orders section or, for additional information, send us an email with your name and order number to weborders@imechsupply.com
