The 3M™ Aqua-Pure™ AP801 whole house large diameter water filter with blue plastic housing together with various cartridge options, filters all incoming water throughout the entire home. The universal housing design allows for use on both chlorinated (municipal) and non-chlorinated (well water) systems. Various cartridge options exist to reduce sediment, chlorine taste and odor. The heavy-duty head assembly of the 3M™ Aqua-Pure™ AP801 whole house large diameter water filter with blue plastic housing includes 1 in NPT inlet/outlet connections helps provide unrestricted flow rates of up to 20 gpm/75.7 lpm to meet the needs of most residential single family homes. The built-in pressure relief valve allows for convenient cartridge change outs by depressurizing the housing, as well as eliminating air from the housing when cartridge change out is complete.
