Premium elastomeric "Silicone Tough" latex formulation delivers outstanding performance against the elements. Provides superior flexibility and elongation to seal joints up to 2 in wide and endure expansion and contraction without cracking or losing its seal. 100% waterproof and weather proof. Won't crack, crumble or chalk. It has excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials including wood, MDF, fiber cement, vinyl, aluminum, PVC polystyrene and composite trim board.
